Bally Bet Review: Odds, States, Limits And Withdrawals
Bally Bet Review: An 11-State Sportsbook Worth Opening Only For Prices And Promos
Bally Bet runs on Kambi in 11 states with 20-cent lines on major markets and a $10 stake for $50 in bonus bets. We weigh it as a line-shopping account against thin props and withdrawal complaints.
Our score
5.9/10Rated 5.9 out of 10
Verdict
Bally Bet is a second account, never a first. Its 20-cent lines on spreads and totals are normal, it sometimes beats rivals on baseball and hockey prices, and the Bet $10, Get $50 offer is real money in tokens. Against that, it is live in 11 states, props are thin, there is no live streaming, and complaints about verification delays and held funds are common. Open it for line shopping, keep your balance small, and do not make it your main book.
Best for
Line shoppers in its 11 states who want a spare account
Major spreads and totals are typically priced at the standard -110 each side
Bet $10, Get $50 in Bonus Bets gives a large return on a small qualifying stake
Occasionally beats DraftKings on NHL puck lines and Caesars on some baseball prices
$10 minimum deposit with instant funding and no sportsbook deposit fees
What held it back
Live in only 11 states, against more than 30 for the largest rivals
Thin player props, few alternate lines and no custom parlay builder
No live streaming of events inside the app
Trustpilot scores near 2.4 out of 5 and many complaints about slow verification
Start with the offer, because that is what the homepage leads with. Bet $10 and get $50 in Bonus Bets. Read the fine print and the headline survives, which is more than you can say for many welcome deals. The harder question is whether anything after the first week gives you a reason to stay.
What the $50 is really worth
Per Top End Sports, the $50 arrives as two $25 non-withdrawable tokens. Your qualifying bet must be at odds of -250 or longer and settle within 28 days, and the tokens expire seven days after they are issued.
A bonus bet is not cash. You keep the winnings and lose the stake, so a $25 token on a +200 underdog pays $50 if it wins and nothing if it loses. At a fair one-in-three chance that is about $16.70 of expected value. Two tokens come to roughly $33, well under the $50 headline. Even so, risking $10 for around $33 of expected value is a decent trade, and it explains why bettors open the account.

Pricing: where Bally Bet earns a spot
Top End Sports reports 20-cent lines on the main markets, meaning -110 on both sides of NFL spreads and NBA totals. That is the industry standard, not a bargain, and Legal Sports Report likewise calls the odds around average.
The useful detail is where it differs. The same review lists an MLB moneyline of -115 and -105 against DraftKings at -110 each side, which is worse on the favorite. On NHL puck lines it found -110 each side against DraftKings at -115 and -105, which is better. It also says Bally sometimes beats Caesars, which can list -115 or worse on both sides.
So the case for the account is small and specific. A few cents of better price on hockey and the occasional total adds up over a season, but only if you bet enough volume to collect it.
What the app leaves out
Here the limits show. Player props are thin, alternate lines are few, there is no custom parlay builder, and there are no micro-markets or live streaming. The loyalty scheme pays 4,000 points per $1 of cash, described in the same review as among the weakest in the industry.
Anyone who bets props heavily, the area where books misprice most often, will find too little to shop.
The footprint is also narrow. Bally is live in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia. It paused operations in several states in 2023 and relaunched on Kambi, so its history is not one of steady growth.

Getting your money back out
Deposits start at $10 and usually land instantly. Withdrawals run from $10 to $5,000 per method, with ACH and online bank transfer taking three to five business days and the Play+ card 24 to 48 hours, per the same source. Verification is quoted at 24 to 72 hours, though delays of up to two weeks are reported.
That last number is the one to weigh. The review counts 42 Trustpilot complaints about verification delays beyond two weeks and 38 about held funds, against a 2.4 out of 5 score. We cannot confirm any single complaint, and unhappy customers write more reviews than happy ones. Even so, a pattern like that argues for uploading identity documents on day one and keeping a modest balance.
Some users also describe wager limits dropping to $10 after sign-up, which is a risk for anyone planning to win steadily.

Who should open it
Open Bally Bet if you live in one of the 11 states, already hold two or three other accounts, and want the welcome tokens plus another price to check. Skip it if you want a single app for everything, deep props, streaming or fast cash-outs.
The operator is Bally's Corporation, a casino company with a sportsbook, not the other way round.
