Write to desk@145.223.81.23. Include the address of the review you are writing about and, for a correction, where the right figure can be checked.
We aim to reply within five working days. Corrections are made as soon as they are confirmed.
Operators
If you run a product we have reviewed and something has changed, such as a fee, a payout time or a licence, send us the details. We retest before we change a score, and we do not accept payment for coverage.
What we cannot help with
We are not a bookmaker and cannot settle bets, unlock accounts or chase a withdrawal for you. Contact the operator first, then its licensing regulator if the problem is not resolved. If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER in the US or GamCare 0808 8020 133 in the UK.
