betPARX ReviewA Casino Sportsbook With One Real Advantage
betPARX runs on Kambi, covers five states and shares a wallet with the Parx casino in Bensalem. We check its odds, offer, withdrawals and app against the national brands and say who should bother.

Verdict: An adequate regional sportsbook with fair prices on Kambi, a modest bet insurance offer and a poorly rated, dated app. No streaming or animated trackers. Worth it mainly for players near Bensalem who want to deposit cash at the Parx cage.
Best for: Pennsylvania players who also use the Parx casino
Visit siteWalk into the Parx casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, and you can fund your sportsbook account with cash at the cage. That small detail explains the whole betPARX proposition: it is a casino's sportsbook, built on someone else's technology, with a handful of states and one real selling point in the Philadelphia suburbs. The question we put to it is whether anything it does beats the national brands.
A casino with a sportsbook attached
betPARX is run by Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, the company behind Parx Casino and Racing. The casino, formerly Philadelphia Park, sits in Bensalem and is a well-known name in Pennsylvania racing, home of the Pennsylvania Derby.

That parentage shows in the wallet. A review we leaned on describes a single balance shared between the sportsbook and the casino, and Pennsylvania users can move cash in and out at the Parx cage. No national app does that. If you already play at Parx in person, the convenience is real.
Where it works, and where it does not
Five states are commonly listed: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio and Maryland. Michigan operates under a different name, Play Gun Lake, according to one review. Another source's promo table listed only three of the five, so state lists differ and you should check your own address against the official page.
The sportsbook runs on Kambi, the same engine behind BetRivers, Unibet and Bally Bet. That decides most of how it feels: broad menus, a conservative price on major US leagues and generally sharper pricing on international events.

The odds and the welcome offer
Per that review, spreads and totals sit at the usual -110, moneylines carry margins of 4% to 6%, and betPARX generally stays within half a point of DraftKings and FanDuel. That is a middle-of-the-pack verdict, and one other site disagrees, saying prices are not on par with some rivals in the states it checked. We found no published hold figure from betPARX itself.
The launch offer, for most states, is 100% bet insurance up to $50. Your first eligible bet must be at odds of -200 or longer after a $10 deposit. If it loses, the stake comes back as a bonus bet that expires after seven days and does not return the stake with winnings. Ohio gets a different first-bet deal. It is a modest offer, not an exceptional one.
Live betting and the things that are missing
The same review clocks bet slips refreshing in under two seconds in most tests and notes partial cash-out. It also says there is no live streaming and no animated match tracker, only a plain scoreboard. Same-game parlays are offered but described as less customisable than at the largest books. Player props are well organised but the navigation is cluttered.

On a phone the app leads with casino promotion, which fits a business that makes more from slots than from sport.
Money in, money out
Deposits start at $10 through ACH, cards, PayPal, Play+, PayNearMe, or cash at the Bensalem cage in Pennsylvania. Withdrawals, according to the review, take 24 to 48 hours by PayPal or Play+ and three to five business days by ACH. Other sites claim faster, even instant, payouts for e-wallets, so we treat anything quicker than a day as unproven.
Support is live chat from roughly 8 a.m. to midnight Eastern, with replies in two to five minutes, plus email. There is no 24 hour phone line.
App ratings are weak. The review reports iOS scores around 2 to 3.5 depending on the state, and an Android score near 3.7 in New Jersey. For a product competing against the biggest names, that is a signal worth hearing.
Rewards, and how they compare
Pennsylvania players can earn Parx Rewards comp points, and betPARX Coins were added more recently, redeemable in the Xclub Loyalty Shop. The reviewer calls the scheme less comprehensive than the ones at DraftKings, BetMGM or Caesars. Before this, there was no online loyalty programme at all, so it is progress, but it is not a reason to choose the book.
Parx's long history
The casino's own history is a plus for trust: a licensed, long-running operator rather than a start-up.

Verdict
betPARX is an adequate, regional sportsbook. Prices are broadly fair, the app is dated and rated poorly, and there is no streaming. It is worth opening only if you live near Bensalem and value cash deposits and Parx rewards, or if you want one more account for line shopping. Betting carries risk, and nothing here changes the fact that it is not a way to make money.
What we liked
- Prices reported within half a point of DraftKings and FanDuel
- Single wallet shared with Parx Casino, cash deposits at the cage
- Bet slips refresh in under two seconds in most reviewer tests
- Run by the long-established operator of Parx Casino and Racing
What fell short
- No live streaming or animated trackers for in-play bets
- Dated, cluttered interface and weak app store ratings
- Live chat runs about 8 a.m. to midnight ET with no 24 hour phone line
- Five states only, and sources disagree on the exact list
