How we reviewFunded accounts, timed payouts

Each score comes from a real account: we deposit, bet, withdraw and ask support for help before we write the review.

The test

  1. Sign-up and checks. We note what identity and location checks are asked for, how long they take and whether anything blocks a normal customer.
  2. Deposit. We fund the account with common payment methods and record fees, minimums and the time before the balance can be used.
  3. Betting. We bet across the main markets for that product, compare prices with other books at the same moment and work out the margin on popular markets.
  4. Withdrawal. We ask for our money back and time it from request to arrival, including any extra checks triggered along the way.
  5. Support. We contact support with a real question and judge the answer on speed and accuracy.

The score

The score out of 10 weighs price (margins, commission or fees), payouts (speed, limits and charges), markets and features, the app or site in daily use, and how the operator treats customers, including the safer gambling tools it offers. Tools and data products are scored on accuracy, coverage, price and how much work they save.

A score of 8.5 or higher is a product we would use ourselves. Between 7 and 8.4 it is sound with clear compromises. Below 7 we explain what would have to change.

Updates and corrections

Prices, promotions and rules change. When we retest a product or find a mistake, we update the review, show the new date and add a correction note where a fact was wrong. Something out of date? Tell us on the contact page.

Not advice

Reviews describe products. They are not betting, legal or financial advice, and nothing here says a bet will win. Check that betting is legal where you live and that you are old enough.
