Responsible play
Gambling is paid entertainment, not income. These are the limits we use ourselves, and the places to call if it stops feeling like entertainment.
Before you play
- Set a deposit limit in the casino's account settings before your first deposit, not after a losing session.
- Decide how much time you will spend and use the session reminder or time-out tool if the casino offers one.
- Only gamble with money you have set aside for fun. Never chase losses or borrow to play.
- Remember that every game has a built-in house edge. Over time, the casino wins.
Signs it may be a problem
Spending more than you planned, hiding gambling from people close to you, feeling restless when you try to stop, or playing to win back losses are all reasons to pause and talk to someone. Help is free and confidential.
