- 01DraftKings Casino7.7/10Best for Slots and blackjack players in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan or West VirginiaDraftKings Casino is a strong pick for slots and blackjack players in the few states where it is licensed. The exclusive games and the one-wallet convenience are real advantages, and withdrawals are reported as quick on faster methods. The cost is that the shared wallet makes it easier to bet more, and it is available in only a handful of states.
- 02Caesars Palace Online Casino7.6/10Best for Caesars resort guests in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West VirginiaCaesars Palace Online is a solid, licensed US casino whose main hook is that play earns Caesars Rewards credits usable in its resorts. The earn rate is low: slots return one credit per $5 wagered, and one reported conversion values 100 credits at $1 in bonus cash. It suits people who already stay at Caesars properties and treat the credits as a small bonus. Everyone else should compare bonuses and payouts first.
- 03BetRivers Casino7.6/10Best for Small-stakes players in a licensed state who withdraw by PayPal or VenmoBetRivers is one of the better value propositions for small-stakes US players: a 1x playthrough on its welcome offers, a $10 minimum deposit and withdrawal, and e-wallet payouts reported in minutes to hours. The limits are real. It runs in a handful of states, the speed claims come from the operator and affiliate sites, and a loss-back bonus only helps after you have lost. A solid pick, not a free ride.
- 04bet365 Casino7.3/10Best for Players who want a clean, fast lobby and already bet with bet365A fast, clean casino that carries the global brand's polish into New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan, with payouts reported from three hours to two days. The library is mid-sized, the exclusives are thin and the bonus wagering varies by state, so it wins on experience, not on breadth.
- 05Horseshoe Online Casino7.1/10Best for Caesars Rewards members who want exclusive slots and a low-rollover welcome offerHorseshoe is a competent second Caesars lobby with its own exclusive slots, a low 1x rollover on the welcome offer and instant PayPal cash-outs. The live casino is small, customer service gets poor marks, and the bonus pays out only if you are down. Worth a second account if you already earn Caesars Rewards.
- 06Golden Nugget Online CasinoUp to 1 business day7.0/10Best for Slot players in MI, NJ, PA or WV who want a second casino under DraftKings rewardsGolden Nugget is a competent regulated casino in four states, with card and Trustly payouts reported within a business day and rewards shared with DraftKings. We found no proof that its live dealer lobby is better than DraftKings Casino, and its site blocked our direct look. Choose it for the slots and a second set of offers, not for a clear live-dealer edge.
- 07Fanatics Casino6.8/10Best for Fanatics shoppers in NJ, PA, MI or WV who want a small rebateFanatics Casino is a competent, licensed four-state operator with fast e-wallet withdrawals in one reviewer's tests and a full responsible-gambling toolkit. FanCash is the hook, but at about 1% of wagers it is a small rebate, and sources disagree on how it converts to casino credit. Choose it for the merchandise link if you already shop with Fanatics, not as a loyalty bargain.
- 08betOcean Casino6.6/10Best for New Jersey players who like Ocean Casino Resort and want a backup accountbetOcean is a properly licensed New Jersey casino with a full set of limit tools, a 100% match up to $1,000 and a 1x-wagering loyalty scheme. Its rewards pay back very little per dollar wagered, bank-only withdrawals take at least two business days, and the lobby is smaller than the national brands. Worth a second account, not a first.
- 09Hard Rock Bet CasinoFree to join6.6/10Best for Michigan players who also visit Hard Rock propertiesA licensed Michigan casino whose real distinction is the link to Unity by Hard Rock, which lets online play earn credit toward hotel stays, dining and merchandise. Nobody we found has published point values, payout timings or a game count, and we could not load the site to test them. Worth a look if you visit Hard Rock properties; otherwise it is one more name beside the leaders.
