Hello Millions review: same operator as McLuck, a bigger bonus and a slower first cash-out
Hello Millions gives 15,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins for free, then sets cash redemption between 50 and 75 SC depending on who you ask. We weigh it against its sister site McLuck.
A competent sweepstakes site with a bigger no-purchase bundle than most, a 1x playthrough and a low gift-card floor. Joining it separately from McLuck gets you almost nothing new except a second welcome bundle, and the cash minimum, first redemption delay and state list all need checking before you spend.
Best for Sweepstakes players who want a second welcome bundle without paying

Start with the awkward part. Hello Millions and McLuck sit in the same corporate family, and if you already read our McLuck review you know the rules of the game before you open this one. The question for this site is whether a second, near-identical sweepstakes account earns its place on your phone.
A note on method. We read the independent reviews, took captures of the pages we cite and compared their numbers. We did not buy coins or cash out, so every figure here is attributed to a source, and where those sources disagree we say so.
The family tree behind the name
Tech Insider names the operator as B-Two Operations Limited, registered in the Isle of Man, and says it also runs McLuck and SpinBlitz. Other coverage names the group as B2Services, the name that appears on McLuck. Either way, you are dealing with one business behind several storefronts, which affects how you think about welcome bundles: they exist to bring you in, and each storefront has its own.

Hello Millions launched in 2023. The no-purchase bundle is 15,000 Gold Coins plus 2.5 Sweeps Coins after email verification, and a daily login adds 1,500 GC and 0.20 SC while your streak lasts. Miss a day and the streak resets. That is more generous than a typical sweepstakes sign-up, but 2.5 SC is still only about $2.50 of prize value.
What the lobby is, and is not
Counts range from 1,000 and 1,500 to 1,800+ games across reviews. Providers named include 3 Oaks, Evolution, Playson, Playtech, BGaming, Ruby Play, Octoplay and Betsoft, and there is a live-dealer lobby of 13 to 20+ tables. There are no fish games. Slots dominate, which is the usual sweepstakes shape.
Redemption: where the numbers stop agreeing
Sweeps Coins are valued at $1 each. You need to play them through once, then request a prize. Gift cards start at 10 SC. Cash is where the sources split: BettingUSA and SportsGrid say 50 SC, while Tech Insider reports 75 SC. Treat 50 SC as the optimistic reading and 75 SC as the one to budget for.

Timing is the second dispute. SportsGrid puts cash at about three to seven days and gift cards at three to five working days. Tech Insider reports gift cards at 24 to 48 hours, cash at three to five business days and the first cash-out at up to ten. A one-time full identity check, photo ID, selfie and proof of address, comes before that first redemption, not at sign-up. Redemptions are limited to one per 48 hours, with a 10,000 SC daily ceiling and 5,000 SC for Florida and New York players, according to SportsGrid. There is no e-wallet route, and bank transfers are the slow end.

Who is excluded, and what a purchase buys
The loyalty ladder is long: BettingUSA counts 148 levels across eight tiers, with automatic enrolment at registration. Levels add perks, which is a polite way of saying the site rewards the players who keep returning, so decide in advance how often you want to.
Tech Insider lists 18 consensus excluded jurisdictions, among them California, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Idaho. BettingUSA instead gives a list of 31 jurisdictions where the site is available. Those lists point the same way but not exactly, so check the sign-up screen for your state rather than relying on a review.
Gold Coin packs run from $1.99 for 4,000 GC with no Sweeps Coins, up to $99.99, with first-purchase offers at $9.99, $15.99 and $29.99. Spending is optional. 24/7 live chat opens to players after a purchase, so a person who never buys may wait on email.
The verdict and the guardrails
Hello Millions is a reasonable second sweepstakes account, not a reason to leave McLuck. The 1x playthrough and 10 SC gift floor are good. The cash minimum, the first-cash-out delay and the weak payout menu keep it in the middle of the field.
Sweepstakes coins are entertainment, not income, and the odds in every game are set against you. Tech Insider lists spend limits, session limits, time-outs of 1 to 30 days and self-exclusion of one month to a year. Switch them on before your first spin, and stop spending if the budget slips.
