Grosvenor Casinos review: real tables on a screen, ordinary everything else
Grosvenor's online casino streams live tables from its own UK venues and is run by The Rank Group under a UK licence. The studio feel is real, but the rest of the site is average.
Grosvenor is a safe, well-regulated brand with a live-casino identity that online-only rivals cannot copy: some tables come from its own venues. That is a reason to pick it for roulette. It is not a reason to expect a bigger game list, bigger bonuses or faster payouts than the competition, and the welcome offer carries wagering and a max-win cap.

Plenty of UK casino sites advertise "live" tables. Grosvenor can say something few of them can: the room in the picture is one of its own. That is the question this review turns on, and the honest answer is that it is a good trait attached to a perfectly ordinary casino.
What the venue link actually buys you
Grosvenor Casinos is the online arm of a chain of high-street casinos owned by The Rank Group, which operates the website through Rank Interactive. OLBG names The Vic in London as the venue that streams live dealer games to the site, and other reviewers mention more rooms. We could confirm The Vic but not the full list, so read the others as reported.
What that changes is the room. A table in a working casino has a pit, a floor and other customers at the next position. A generic studio set has none of that. If you play roulette because you like watching a real wheel, it is a legitimate reason to choose this brand.

What it does not change is the odds. Roulette has a fixed house edge whether the wheel is in Mayfair or in Malta, and a bet placed from a sofa carries the same long-run cost as one at the table.
Most of the live library still comes from third-party providers. Reviewers list Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live behind the "50+ live tables" OLBG counts, so the venue tables are the exception.
The welcome offer, read slowly
The homepage tile and the promotions page advertise a maximum £40 slots bonus plus 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash. The fine print in the frame is short: new players, a minimum deposit of £20 (Paysafecard excluded), "Wagering & max win apply."

None of the pages we captured states the multiplier in the tile, and the independent write-ups we read do not either. So we cannot give you a number, and you should not accept the bonus until you have found it in the full terms. A small bonus with an unseen wagering rule is the single most common way a "free" offer ends up costing a deposit.
Two other offers are worth a line each. The daily free spin is a minor perk, with prize values and wagering varying by day. The weekly draw gives one entry per £50 staked on slots, for a £5,000 draw and a £20,000 shared pot, with the current run ending 27 December 2026. Staking £50 to enter a draw is spending, and the draw is not a discount.
Games and payouts
The count OLBG gives is more than 1,000 games, with over 500 slots. That is a medium-sized lobby. There is nothing here to compare with the 3,000-plus catalogs of the biggest brands, and the slots page shows a conventional grid.

Payouts are where sources disagree. OLBG quotes 0 to 48 hours. Gambling.com lists quick withdrawals as a positive. A TNT Sports test of a £5 withdrawal says the money arrived the next morning, which is fine but not instant. Bank cards are normally slower than e-wallets everywhere, and only four payment methods are listed, so there is little room to pick the quick one.
Licensing and safer gambling
OLBG gives the UK Gambling Commission licence as account 57924, and the operator is The Rank Group. Check that number on the Commission's public register before depositing. That is a ten-second job and the only proof that counts.
On safer gambling, the site offers deposit limits and daily staking limits, and OLBG notes identity checks when deposits or stakes rise quickly. We could not capture the dedicated responsible-gambling page, so we cannot say more about timeouts or self-exclusion beyond the standard GamStop requirement for UK licensees. Use whatever limit tools exist before the first deposit, not after the first loss.
Who it suits
Pick Grosvenor if the venue-streamed live tables appeal and you want a brand with a physical presence behind it. Pass if your priority is the deepest slot list, a large bonus, or the fastest withdrawal. A rating of 7.2 reflects a trustworthy operator with a real point of difference and little else that stands out.
