Gamdom review: crypto casino with an Anjouan licence and a 1x deposit rule
Gamdom runs a rakeback-and-community crypto casino from Costa Rica on an Anjouan licence. Its terms ban the US and UK, require one full turnover of every deposit, and allow instalment payouts.
Gamdom is a busy, community-led crypto casino with rakeback, big prize pools and eleven withdrawal coins. Its licence comes from the island of Anjouan, its terms bar the US, UK and many European countries, and it reserves the right to pay large withdrawals in instalments. Self-exclusion in the account tops out at 8 days. Treat it as entertainment with real counterparty risk.

Gamdom's terms of service contain one sentence that says more about the casino than its marketing does: you must wager the value of every deposit at least once before you can ask for a withdrawal. Sports bets count, and it applies to all deposits, not only promotional ones. Hold that thought while we go through the rest.
This is a desk review. We read Gamdom's terms, help centre and responsible gambling pages in full and captured them, but we did not fund an account, so we describe the rules and do not claim payout results of our own.
Who is behind it, and which regulator
Gamdom is owned and operated by Moon Revolution Limitada, a company registered in San José, Costa Rica. The site footer says it operates under licence number ALSI-152406043-FI4, issued by the government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. We cannot independently confirm that number from here.
Anjouan licensing is a light-touch offshore regime. It is not a state gaming division or the UK Gambling Commission, and you should not expect a regulator to act if a payout goes wrong.
Where you cannot play
The terms list the jurisdictions Gamdom does not serve. The list includes Aruba, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Curaçao, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, the Isle of Man, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United States and the United Kingdom, among others. Trying to get in with a VPN or false details can get an account restricted.
When we loaded the site from Vietnam, the main casino lobby showed "Not available in your region" messages, so the blocking is active and not a formality.

The deposit turnover rule and the KYC catch
Section 4.1 is the one above. It is stricter than the one-times play-through you meet at some casinos, because it covers money with no bonus attached. Plan for it: a deposit you meant to hold has to be wagered before it can leave.
Section 2.2 adds identity checks. Gamdom may ask for ID, proof of address and information on your source of funds at registration or at any later time, "especially when specific financial thresholds are met". Withdrawal processing can be paused until verification finishes. Crypto casinos often advertise themselves as anonymous, so this is worth knowing.
Large withdrawals get a separate clause. The terms say there is no fixed maximum monthly withdrawal limit, but Gamdom reserves the right to pay large sums in structured instalments, and says it will tell you the schedule. In plain terms, a big win may not arrive in one transfer.
Withdrawals: many coins, one fee note
The help centre lists eleven withdrawal coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, USD1, BNB, Litecoin, Tron, XRP, Dogecoin and Solana.

It describes a small variable fee set by network and speed and deducted from the amount. No speed figures are published, so we quote none. Getting the address wrong on the wrong network loses funds permanently, so test with a small amount first.
Rewards and promotions
The rewards page sets out Royalty ranks from Bronze through Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond to Opal, each in three steps, with rank-up bonuses and a FAQ on rakeback, including a "15% Instant Rakeback". The promotions page advertises a bi-weekly King of the Hill prize pool of $500,000 and a VIP Transfer Program running to 31 December 2026.
Rakeback sounds generous, but it returns part of the house's take only when you wager. It is a reason to keep playing, which is why it needs a limit set beside it.
Responsible gambling tools
The in-account tool offered is self-exclusion for 1, 5 or 8 days. While active, deposits, promo redemptions, tips and play are blocked, though you can still withdraw. Anything longer means contacting support by email.

The page describes no deposit, loss or session limits, only advice to set your own. Compared with Stake or a regulated US casino, that is thin, and it is our main reason for the low rating.
Verdict
Gamdom scores 5.4. The coin choice and the openly written terms are real positives. The Anjouan licence, the full-turnover rule, instalment payouts and short exclusion periods make it riskier than the headline suggests. If you play, set your own deposit ceiling outside the site, and remember the house edge always favors the casino. If gambling is causing harm, speak to a free helpline such as 1-800-GAMBLER in the US or GamCare in the UK.
