Caesars Palace Online Casino review: the credits carry over, but they are worth little
Caesars Palace Online earns Caesars Rewards credits you can spend at resorts. We did the maths on the earn rate, checked the state list and asked whether that link justifies choosing it over rivals.
Caesars Palace Online is a solid, licensed US casino whose main hook is that play earns Caesars Rewards credits usable in its resorts. The earn rate is low: slots return one credit per $5 wagered, and one reported conversion values 100 credits at $1 in bonus cash. It suits people who already stay at Caesars properties and treat the credits as a small bonus. Everyone else should compare bonuses and payouts first.

If you have ever watched a casino host hand a regular a comped room key, you know the idea Caesars is selling online. Play here, earn credits, spend them at a resort. The pitch is that your phone sessions and your Las Vegas weekends feed one account. Whether that is a real advantage or just a nice story depends entirely on the exchange rate, so we started there.
The exchange rate
According to the Caesars Palace Online rewards guide, slots earn one Tier Credit and one Reward Credit for every $5 wagered. Table games earn the same pair for every $25 wagered. Tier Credits set your status and reset on January 1. Reward Credits are the spendable ones.

Now the value. One review reports that 100 Reward Credits convert to $1 in bonus cash. NerdWallet's example is similar: $500 played on a slot earns 100 credits. So $5 of slot play earns one credit, worth a cent, a return of 0.2%. Over $1,000 of slot bets you would collect roughly $2 of value. The house edge on those bets, at a typical 4%, would take about $40. The credits are a rounding error against that.
The guide says credits can be spent on "hotel stays or dining" at Caesars properties, but gives no conversion rate for the resort side, and we did not find one published. That is the number the whole pitch depends on, and it is missing. So we cannot tell you the credits are good at the front desk. Ask a property before you count on them.
Tiers and the monthly meter
Status runs Gold, then Platinum at 5,000 Tier Credits, Diamond at 15,000, Diamond Plus at 25,000, Diamond Elite at 75,000 and Seven Stars at 150,000 in a calendar year. At $5 per credit, 5,000 slot Tier Credits means $25,000 of betting. Reaching Platinum online therefore means a very large loss in expectation. We would not chase it.
One sign-up mechanic stands out. A review reports that after wagering $25 on casino games you receive 2,500 Reward Credits. If that holds, it is a quick start, and it is the most generous part of the scheme.
The Empire Builder feature adds a monthly meter. Tier Credits from slots, tables and sports bets fill it, and the boost depends on your tier. It resets on the first of each month, and you must claim the reward in the month it is offered. Land-based play does not count toward the meter.

Where it works
This is a regulated product, so it lives where states allow it. Reviews dated May 2026 list Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, plus Ontario in Canada. An older note says accruing Caesars Rewards in Ontario is unavailable, which may be stale. Check your state's regulator, and confirm the age: 21 is the usual limit.
The games
The games page is headed "Real Money Casino Games", and its catalogue includes Caesars-branded blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables, plus live dealer blackjack and roulette. The slot list also shows IGT titles and megaways versions.

The Rewards section of the site blog is where the credit rules live, including a piece on how Reward Credits differ from Tier Credits.

Payouts and bonuses
Only one review we found gives a payout time, 3 to 5 days, and we could not confirm it. Another says processing varies by method and internal review. Banking is reported to include PayPal and ACH. We did not fund an account, so we have no stopwatch figure of our own. Welcome offers change often and carry playthrough terms, so read the current terms before accepting one.
What we could not test
Two things matter here that a read-through of public pages cannot settle. The first is how the app behaves on a bad connection, and the second is how long the first cash-out takes after identity checks. A casino can look good on paper and still hold your first withdrawal for days. If you sign up, make a small first withdrawal early, so you learn the real timing while the sum is small and the stakes are low.
Who should use it
Choose Caesars Palace Online if you already stay at Caesars properties, you live in one of the four states, and you are happy with a small credit trickle. If you are comparing sites purely on value, the rewards are not a reason to pick it, since 0.2% will not offset the edge.
The house edge always favors the casino. Set a deposit limit, use the cool-off and self-exclusion tools, and call 1-800-GAMBLER if play stops being fun.
