Corrections
Include the link to the review and the fact you believe is wrong, with a source if you have one. We check every report and add a visible correction note when we change a review.
Makers and booking platforms
You can tell us about a product or a change to your prices or plans. We do not accept payment for reviews or scores, and we do not send reviews for approval before publishing.
Bookings and claims
We cannot help with a booking, a refund or an insurance claim. Contact the company you bought from directly.
