What this site collects, why, and how little of it there is. RoomLedger takes no bookings and therefore holds no travel or payment data.

If you subscribe to the dispatch, we store the email address you give us and the date you gave it. Nothing else is required to read the site. Our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical information — browser and device type, referring page, approximate region, pages viewed and timestamps.
What we never hold
We do not take bookings, so we never hold passport details, travel dates, addresses, card numbers or reservation records. When you click through to a platform we review, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy applies to everything you do there.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support the administrator login only. Analytics, where enabled, produces aggregated usage figures and is not used to build advertising profiles. We run no advertising network and sell no data.
Service providers
Limited information is shared with the hosting, security, analytics and email providers that operate this site on our behalf, or where reasonably necessary to comply with law and protect rights and safety.
Retention and your rights
Subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe, after which the address is removed. Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; verification may be required before we act on a request.
Children and changes
This site is not directed at children under the minimum age set by applicable law. When practices change, this page changes with them and the date above identifies the current version.
