Corrections
Send the review URL, the exact sentence you believe is wrong, and the evidence — an INCI list, a lab report, a dated page on the brand's own site. Specific and documented corrections are assessed fastest. We publish a visible note when we change a material fact.
Reformulations and price changes
Brands reformulate constantly and rarely announce it. If a product's ingredient list, size, concentration or price has changed since we published, tell us which SKU and when you noticed. We re-check, re-score if the change is material, and re-date the review.
Brands and PR
We do not run sponsored reviews, affiliate-gated coverage or pre-approved copy, and we cannot promise placement in exchange for samples. What we do read: technical dossiers, stability and efficacy data, supplier documentation, and specific factual objections to something we have published.
